Polyethylene Wax 120F is an effective external lubricant that reduces friction between PVC melt and metal surfaces of processing equipment. This prevents sticking, ensures stable processing, and improves the surface quality of the final product. In PVC foamed sheet production, the use of this wax enhances surface lubrication and facilitates product release from the mold, resulting in smoother and more uniform sheet surfaces

In addition to the PVC industry, Polyethylene Wax 120F in carbonate and color masterbatch formulations promotes more uniform dispersion of fillers and pigments, while improving lubrication and reducing energy consumption during processing. In hot-melt adhesives, this product acts as a viscosity regulator and rheology modifier, helping to reduce component migration and improve structural uniformity, which contributes to better thermal stability and long-term bond durability
