Semi-dry polyethylene wax

Semi-dry polyethylene wax

Lump polyethylene wax, obtained as a by-product from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) units, undergoes a refining process to remove physical and chemical impurities. Depending on the quality of the lumps, the polyethylene grade, and technical considerations in the petrochemical plant, polyethylene wax is formulated and produced in different quality levels, in either flake or powder form, to meet the diverse requirements of end users.

HDWax 370 semi-dry flake polyethylene wax is white in appearance and free from black spot, with a viscosity of less than 50 cP. Compared to other polyethylene waxes, this product is slightly more lubricating, has a lower melting point, and a higher penetration index. Thanks to its competitive price, it is one of the best choices for producing high-filler pipes, PVC wall panels with high carbonate content, as well as carbonate masterbatch and carbon black masterbatch.
